As we are now in our second month since moving from our previous warranty supply company, I would like to say a BIG thank you for all of the effort you and your team have gone to to make it a smooth transition. We have had nothing but positives since dealing with you and the AWN team. Some observations since changing:
- Our staff have commented on how simple and smooth the changeover was. There was no disruption to business and the support and attention to detail provided by your team was exceptional.
- We have actually increased sales of warranties due to the quality of training and sales support you are providing.
- The quality of Administration of the product is also exceptional. We are finding that your claims and administration staff are treating our warranties with the same care as your own. But what I am really impressed with is that they are also treating our Customers like your own. Sure we don't want to spend any more on claims than we have to, but at all times your staff seem to be aware that they are dealing with one of our Customers and we appreciate the respect being demonstrated.
- The number of times we are having to deal with individual situations has decreased. Previously we were continually being referred to for anything that wasn't a text book claim.
- Your IT department continually go out of there way to make sure we are supported and the warranty system (and its reporting) is simple and effective.
- In short we feel like we are dealing with a real business partner who we have complete confidence in.
