In the event that your vehicle suffers a mechanical failure or breakdown, please fill in the following claim lodgement form and a member of our claims team will contact you directly to discuss the issue, in most cases within the next business day. Please note that this claims lodgement form needs to be completed prior to arranging any repair work on your vehicle.
Once a diagnosis has been made of the reported issue and an acceptable repair report and quote has been received, our claims assessment team will assess the claim details and notify you of the outcome. In the event of the claim being approved, the claims team will interact directly with the approved repairer and ensure the repair is completed as efficiently as possible.
